  • Does TELK ship outside of the Continental United States?

As of the moment, we're only shipping within the United States.

  • Why am I being charged sales tax?

TELK Fitness is required by law to collect sales/use tax on orders shipped to the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California*, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If you are shipping to one of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

*All California orders placed after April 1, 2019 will be subject to California State and District Sale Tax

  • What is the shipping policy?

Upon confirmation of your order, you'll be receiving an email from team@telkfitness about how many boxes will be delivered on your doorstep along with its tracking numbers. All TELK Fitness equipment are shipped via USPS Priority and are schedule to arrive within 7-10 business days or possibly sooner. Due to the weight of some products, we have often seen USPS delivering boxes on different days.

  • What is the return and refund policy?

  • What are the weights made of?

All TELK Fitness dumbbells are made with 100% cast iron which is great for long-term storage and use. TELK's Heavy Adjustable Dumbbells plates are baked enamel finish so it's rust-free and corrosion-proof, while TELK's Light Neoprene Dumbbell's cast iron are wrapped in a durable neoprene coating for soft, comfortable, and easy handling.

  • How much weight can the 10" Chrome-Finished Section of the Barbell Rod handle?
So far, we've only tested up to 65 lbs. However, we receive feedbacks from customers who were able to use them up to 105 lbs.
  • Can I purchase additional plates for my TELK's Heavy Adjustable Dumbbells?

Yes. There are several plates available on the shop under the Strength category. We also offer the following plate weights:

  1. 8 x 2.5 lbs. plates = $50.00 + FREE Shipping
  2. 4 x 1.15" dumbbell handles = $60.00 + FREE Shipping

  • Can I purchase replacement parts of TELK's Heavy Adjustable Dumbbells? If so, how much would it cost me and how to order?

Yes. Replacement parts are available on the shop under the Strength category. Just add to cart!

  • Will these weights make me swolen?

Yes, but you gotta lift them multiple times first!
